DESCRIPTION:R.O.C The Barriers with Miracle By The Bay will be held on November 16th\, 2019 from 10 am to 3 pm in beautiful Madeira Beach\, Florida at R.O.C.  Park that was created by Bill Karns\, who last year held a special needs field day at R.O.C park.  This event will be held in partnership with the Kiwanis Club of Gulf Beaches.\nThis event will focus on fostering and building relationships between the special needs and the general population in our community and the surrounding area.   We also build relationships between the youth and adults within our community while showcasing all the services and providers available.\n\nDescription of R.O.C park:\n\nR.O.C. Park provides a setting that celebrates the lives of our children and remembers the joy they brought to this world.  This memorial embodies a family's love\, a friend's loss\, and the compassion of our community.
