I grew up on a farm in western Austria next to the Swiss and German border. German is my native language but I can certainly dazzle you in English. Completed a 3.5 year apprenticeship program as a Tool & Die Maker followed by an associate degree in Industrial Engineering. Moved to the US in 1986 (Charlotte, NC Area) where I worked for the next nine years in the area of Quality Assurance / Quality Control / Continuous Improvement / Vendor Relations.

In 1995 I started a computer consulting business and travelled the US and Mexico extensively assisting small, medium and large companies in manufacturing of Food, Medical, Pharma, Aerospace products  with process improvement, quality control and data collection projects in providing software and hardware installation, configuration and training services.
During the slowdown of 2008, I diversified into developing custom applications and reporting solutions for the QuickBooks Accounting Software where I perfected my project management and customer service skills.

In addition, I also own an export company supplying customers in the European Union with industrial products.
